What I've learned since moving to D.C. (some of which should be obvious): 0137

6801.  My muscles and back are so relaxed after a meditation retreat;
6802.  Apparently, I’m (very) sensitive to drugs;
6803.  I do love myself;
6804.  If you have the power to make someone happy, do it.  The world needs more of that;
6805.  (Do) boyfriend/girlfriend frame for an hour (and) then pull her/take her home;
6806.  Any girl (in the club) who isn’t watching the deejay when he comes on is there (looking) to bang/hook up;
6807.  Don’t (ever) update your (laptop’s) BIOS (. . . just don’t do it);
6808.  Elizabeth likes anchovies;
6809.  Elizabeth likes Eggs Benedict;
6810.  Elizabeth likes crème brulée;
6811.  The “Black Out: Silhouettes Then and Now” and the “Trevor Paglen: Sites Unseen” exhibitions at the Smithsonian American Art Museum (in Chinatown) are pretty cool and worth checking out;
6812.  Apparently, Elizabeth used to date Jackson Landers, the “Locavore Hunter.”  He was on an episode of “Bizarre Foods” with Andrew Zimmern;

6814.  If you need your glasses fixed, take them to Voorthuis Opticians (Voorthuis.com) in (Old Town) Alexandria.  They’ll fix them for free (. . . but you might want to tip them);

6845.  According to a study published in “The Lancet,” supplementation with zinc decreased prolactin levels in participants.  Foods high in zinc include shellfish, beef, turkey and beans;
